Our church is currently closed due to the sharp increase in coronavirus cases in London. Please join us online for our live stream on our Facebook page or homepage. We will update this page when we plan to reopen.

Here is a message from our Pastor:

Dear Hendon Baptist Church.
I greet you in the Wonderful Name of our Lord and Saviour, Christ Jesus. You might be aware of the current situation in our country and how quickly things have changed. There has been a big rise in positive cases across the country and the discovery of a new variant including one from South Africa. Due to these new developments, it was necessary for the church leadership to meet tonight and discuss a way forward for HBC. It is our responsibility to do our best to keep everyone safe from harm and to keep the virus at bay. After much prayer and discussion, it is with a very heavy heart that I must announce, we have decided to cancel our Christmas Day service in the church building. We felt that due to these new virus developments, it would be difficult to ensure that we can keep everyone safe in the building. I understand that this might be difficult for some to accept but we are trying to do our best for everyone. We have also decided that it is best not to meet on Sunday 27 December and subsequent Sundays in January 2021 as we review it regularly. We will however continue all our services online. So, Christmas is not cancelled, it is only moved online! Let us remember the real meaning and reason for Christmas – Jesus Christ! May God richly bless you all. Please feel free contact me if you have any questions or comments.

In the King’s service,
Pastor Errol Jacobs.
